Overview
Our refund and returns policy at RundaTech Solutions lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Non-returnable Items
Certain goods are exempt from being returned:
– Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
– Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
– Gift cards.
– Downloadable software products.
– Some health and personal care items.
Return Process

– Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds

– Book with obvious signs of use.
– CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
– After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
– First check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
– Next, contact your bank for potential processing time.

Sale Items
– Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Gifts
– If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. If not, the refund will go to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
– Mail your product to our physical address, since we are an online business, call 0758 910 008 or email to su*****@**********co.ke to be provided with physical address to ship your product.
– You are responsible for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
– Consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance for expensive items.

– Products sold by RundaTech Solutions come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The duration and coverage of the warranty vary by product and manufacturer.
